He handled a variety of personal injury matters but primarily focused on advancing and protecting the interests of persons injured in serious motor vehicle accidents.

After investing year’s aggressively defending Maryland’s less fortunate defendants at the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Kunka advanced his career by opening his own office for the practice of law focusing primarily on helping criminal defendants in alcohol related matters. As a private attorney, Mr. Kunka successfully defended a large number of defendants ranging from felonies and serious crimes to DUI and related traffic matters. After having represented numerous clients in all walks of life and for all types of criminal matters ranging from felony to misdemeanor, Mr. Kunka decided to focus his trial talent specifically on the defense of DUI cases throughout Maryland.
